  • How to Book
    We open up all available slots two months prior on the 1st. For example, we release all available slots for May on March 1st at 10AM PST. We have found this is the most fair option considering how many inquiries come in each month. The links on our Bookings page will become active at 10AM on the 1st. We suggest setting an alarm or reminder in your phone to notify you when the links go live since the slots (especially full/shared sessions) can go fast. We know this can be a stressful way to book but we’ve tried every other option possible and found that this way of releasing our slots is the most fair for everyone to have a chance to book with us. If you don’t get a slot, don’t fret! Since we book a couple months in advance, we usually have a few slots open up weekly via the waitlist. A friendly reminder that we're one small business who has received higher demand as we've become more well-known in the industry. Leah is the only photographer and Hannah handles all the emails & scheduling. We're a two-person shop. It takes time to get in because we firmly believe in quality over quantity -- so please be patient with us, we're doing the best we can. We really want to work with you, we promise!
  • Waitlist
    If a client cancels (or when our schedule allows us to add a new appointment) we send out an email notice to all waitlisted clients and the first to respond, gets the date.
  • Payment Policy
    A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to complete your scheduled appointment. You will receive a Venmo/PayPal link within a couple hours of booking your session. If you fail to pay your deposit within 48 hours, your spot will not be secured and will be offered to other potential clients. The remainder of the session fee is due the day of the shoot via Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, check or cash. Your deposit is transferable up to 2x, if on the 3rd time you need to push your session, a new deposit will be required.
  • Rescheduling Policy
    We understand that things happen but since our demand is so high and we have a limited number of shoots to offer per week, it makes rescheduling pretty difficult. We highly suggest you try to stick to your scheduled shoot. Please note that if you absolutely must reschedule, it will take longer to get back on the books. In addition, your initial $100 deposit is transferable to a new date up to 2 times-- after that, you will need a new deposit to re-book.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made 3-7 Business days before your shoot: Your deposit may only be transferred to a new shoot day. Cancellations made under 3 business days before your scheduled appointment time: Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to re-book. *The only exception for a refund is if Huebner Headshots needs to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone who does not respect our time and efforts to serve all of our clients fairly.*
  • Edits
    The mini session fee includes 2 high resolution edits, the full session includes 4 high resolution edits and the shared session includes 3 high resolution edits each. When editing, we are focused on making sure your photos POP in the thumbnail version as this is what most industry professionals see. When it comes to the face, we do minimal retouching--we believe you are beautiful as you are--therefore, we will remove blemishes but will not remove your laugh lines/crows feet/etc. Each additional edit after the amount included in your shoot is $15/photo. We currently have a high volume of edit requests so turn around time is 5-7 business days!* *If you're in a rush, there will be an additional fee per photo for a quicker turnaround time.
  • Wardrobe
    We suggest you discuss with your agent/manager to know the looks you need prior to coming. It's best to come as organized as possible so we spend less time picking outfits and more time shooting. If you need assistance in styling, we have a couple wonderful stylists who have helped clients make the most out of their session! Inquire in the contact box for their info.
  • Makeup
    *We have a list of reccomended MUA's that we love, however, you will have to coordinate scheduling them on your own. We no longer have the space or time to accommodate makeup application prior to your session. Please ask for our list of MUA's when booking! ​ If you do decide to hire a MUA, please meet prior to your shoot and have your first look makeup done. You are welcome to bring the MUA along to freshen you up during the shoot but we've found it's best to start shooting shortly after you arrive to make the most out of your session.
  • Location
    Our studio is located in beautiful Atwater Village. We'll provide the exact address and parking instructions once you've been scheduled!
  • Donations
    We donate monthly to organizations that specifically uplift the BIPOC, AAPI and LGBTQIA+ community. Our studio's mission is to create a safe space for all therefore, we do not tolerate racism or hate of any kind here.
